SIemens valves are cheap and nasty replace with honeywell it will save you in the long run
the v322 is a diverter valve not a mid position.
the v4073 is a mid position valve.
if you fit a v322 you only get hw or heating not both it works on priority
where as the v4073 gives hw/heating together.

in my opinion fit a horstman.
its a direct replacement, cheaper & comes with better guarantee.

Don't use a Horstmann. When you put this valve in manual position is closes the end switch and always fires the boiler. Same on a Sauter Valve. Stick with the Honeywell.
