Will my Pyronix Enforcer alarm stop sending texts on 1st Jan 2026?

My Pyronix Enforcer alarm system was fitted in 2016 and has an O2 SIM card which allows texts to be sent whenever the alarm is triggered.

I've read that O2 are going to be switching off 3G network at the end of the year. Does this mean my SIM card will stop working? If so, what are my options?

No ….cause it probably will use the 2G network to send texts anyway …

If/when O2 turn off 2G too then do I just have to change the SIM card for a new 4G/5G one or replace the alarm system altogether?
