Will option B on attached, i.e. 6m PDR technically be allowed?

Hi,

On the attached pdf assuming I've already got a 2 storey side extension, I know if I then apply for a 6m PDR rear extension then option A would be allowed. However would option B also be allowed or will the council say the orange shaded bit has already technically used-up the rear-extension PDR so a proper rear extension would be disallowed?

We'd need to know if any conditions were attached to the original permission.

Thanks - the 2 storey side extension is still pending, so what would be the outcome if it was silent on this particular point? or what is your personal opinion?
