Will they be Jailed then deported?

I'm more concerned with the hospital waiting lists, difficulty in getting a doctor appointment, cost of living crisis, state of schools, crumbling infrastructure.........

The only real answer is to stop accepting gayness as a justification for asylum. Yes, some countries persecute them (as we did, within living memory) but as it's so easy to lie and it can't be proved or disproved then just saying tough luck is the only way to prevent people taking advantage. We're not here to solve all the world's problems.

It's the system, which allows, and encourages it.
This is a very good point.

Don't necessarily blame those who do x, blame the system that allows them to do x.

I think back to the MPs expenses scandal. Was it wrong for MPs to claim for stuff like a new water fountain for their garden? Morally, yes. However more wrong was the system that rubber stamped such requests.

Our systems and underlying policies in so many areas are WEAK! Actually they are, excuse my language, P!SS POOR!!

And having parties like Labour and up here the SNP in power doesn't exactly help.

Are you of the thinking that the Lawyers or "legal advisers are victims?
Or wrongly accused?

No, I'm not thinking of lawyers or legal advisers being victims. In the case of the Post Office the wrongly accused were the victims, and they were victims of Post Office lawyers prosecuting spurious claims, lying, and cheating, and engaging in lawfare.

Still waiting for the Post Office lawyers to "face the full force of the law."

Totally with you on that I personally know someone who served time for this.

Your word salad notwithstanding, my opinion is that immigration is not at the root of the UK's shortcomings.

Which is not to say "immigration" doesn't need sorting, but it is not the only thing. Nor would it give the greatest bang for your buck. Not by a long chalk.

Agreed. Of course they (immigrants) have an impact, however if they were all deported tomorrow, I guarantee our services and delivery of would still be a sh1t show months years from now.
