This looks like a reasonably priced Wet and Dry vac with a power take-off socket but does anyone know if the hose will fit the exhaust port on the Makita SP6000 track saw, or if there's an adapter I can get?

you can get "stepped adapters "from many places like Axminster tools and Rutlands tools
Winds off electrical tape to make fit a tube or say 8" length off silicon tube with a slit full length rolled to fit both ends internal or external
2 full layers off electrical tape to set in shape
