Window Covers

Hi there
i am looking for something i can screw to the wall inside of my house

the sash windows are cold and drafty this time of year and i cannot afford to fix them right now.
i remember somewhere i have seen some plastic sliding window thing that are screwed to the wall.
does anyone know what these are so i can search for them
or somthing like that that can be screwed to the inside wall over the winter (inside the house)
