Timber frame window hinge replacement

I have timber frame casement windows and some hinges are worn. The window sash rubs on the lower hinge and the exterior sill. If I lift the window with my hands it moves up, which seems to indicate the hinges are worn and sagging (all screws are tight). I am trying to find suitable replacement hinges. The window needs to open in a way that it can be cleaned from inside. Does anyone have any suggestions? The hinges appear to be quite low profile and also there is not plastic end cap (the timber frame looks like it wouldn't have space to close if there was).

The hinge has Interlock P1065 7T stamped on it but a Google search has not turned anything up.

Are you in the UK because these are an Australian hinge, fitted a set of these moons ago and got them from King Solutions but you need a trade account and a login

Hi, thanks for your reply. Yes, in the UK and the hinges were fitted by Barratt when the houses were built. The hinge I could see on King Solutions (sister retail site below) is this one, which says it can be "used to sometimes replace Interlock stays", so it's not an original:

Type (2) – 300mm -10.5mm Stack (HFS14) – LockStocker – King Solutions

It says it's 300mm, where the one on the window is c. 280mm. But that could be because the replacement has the screw hole on the other side of the pivot on an extended piece of metal. £49.50 seems steep especially for a non-original hinge. I'm wondering if there is a way to get an original (although I guess they are out of production) or another alternative.
