Hi - I have fitted double glazed windows to my log cabin. They were bought secondhand and had never been fitted. A local builder had stored them from a cancelled job. The fastening mechanism of one of them is broken. They were originally from Magnet and first they said they would find out if they had any spare ones, then they said they had, then they hadn't! Not impressed!
Anyway, these fittings are like long bars that are inside the timber frame. I would be grateful if anyone out there knows the actual manufacturer of these. If it is any help, the handles themselves have an "H" in relief, sloping italic style. Many thanks. p.s. There is a pic of the fasteners in "my album". Thanks again
