Window gearbox

Does anyone know a supplier who stocks the window gearbox shown in the attached image? I've trawled the internet and can't find one anywhere!
Any help would be much appreciated!

Do you know who fitted the windows, i am Not 100% certain but it might be an anglian windows gearbox.

Not sure who did the windows. Only been in the house a year and no paperwork left regarding the fitter details. Will have a look at Anglian though. Thanks
