So these windows have been messed up for a while since I moved in a couple of years ago, been putting this off, in that time the foam that was in there has kind of evaporated, probably from rain getting in the gap. I was going to refill the gaps with foam and put new beading on, but what I'm worried about is that the right hand window is shearing against the middle one as you can see in the third pic, you can hear a horrible popping noise sometimes, I think more after it rains. Is this going to affect the integrity of the wall to the point where I should just get new windows fitted, or am I alright to just mend it up.

Those were botch fitted, they look as if they simply need to be properly installed, by someone with a bit of a clue. Se if you can find a local window installer, to come have a look, and give a price to properly install them.
