window sill

We had a bit of a disagreement with the window people who left after fitting windows but finishing up, mainly no trims, internal sill.s

upstairs we have 1 bay window which is on a stud partition. As the window sits on the external sill, you can see it inside as well.

Can you get a thingg to go over it to create an internal sill or similar?
