Windows 7 software

I am thinking about purchasing this OS .Can someone tell me if I will be able to install it on all the pc's in my home ie 3 or does the cd recognise that it has already been installed on another pc . And is it worth all the expense and hassle, as at the moment I am running XP and Vista on the three PC's

no you cannot use one licence for more than one computer, get the windows 7 on the vista machine and keep the xp machines
