Nest had a prompt help, however they did not seem to know the product, it turned out nothing wrong, the anti legionnaires was heating the domestic hot water as it is designed to do, found out what was going on using a forum.
Word of note for anyone installing Nest with an Intergas EcoRF, using the D-plan... Had issues with the boiler parameter for anti-legionella clashing with that of the Nest and causing DHW dropout on the RF.
Took lots of trial and error to figure this out and Nest were trying to be helpful but couldn't shed any light - not blaming them really as it was a tricky one to deduce.
So... If installing this setup, disable AL on the RF
