wiring 2 lights to 1gang 1 way switch

How do i wire the above. I have 3 cables from power(red, black green) and the same from the 2 lights.

Red, black and green, or green/yellow? Is the green separate sleeving, or proper insulation?

And when you say you have 3 cables, do you mean 3 singles (i.e. 1 red, 1 black etc), or 3 cables, each with a red core, a black core and a green core, or one cable with 3 cores?

And when you say you have "cables from power", what does that mean?

Have you looked at the info on lighting circuits in the For Reference topic?
