Wiring a 150W halogen with PIR

I am looking for some advice on best practice for wiring a 150W halogen with a PIR in a covered work area next to my house.

I have readily accessible junction boxes nearby on socket circuit and on lighting circuit. Should an fcu be used in either case?

I also want to add a regular switch just inside the house to allow me to overide the PIR switching the lamp on and off.
