Wiring a Double GPO inc switch for ceiling exhaust

Recently changed houses in the kitchen there is a double Power point with switch for the ceiling exhaust which was damaged I've renewed it and cannot remember the wiring,there is One Red & Black & green on One cable & one seperate single red wire, i can get the fan working by joining both reds but cannot turnthe fan off using the switch Can anyone help?Do i need to loop a wire ??

Do you have a picture of the back of it?
What terminals does it have on the back? (preferablly label them onto the picture)
