I 'm wondering if someone canhelp me.

Our pir light has broken and I bought a new one to replace it.

The problem I'm facing is that there is an over-ride switch fitted on the current light.

How do I wire the new light?

This is the new light wiring block:

[edit]Something has gone wrong with this image . The wires are (L_R) Brown, Blue, Yellow, Red [/edit]

And here is the old block with the switch wired in:

The wires at the top are the ones coming into the light from mains and switch.

If someone could let me know where these wires go on the new light block I would really appreciate it.

I could assume that the wires are joined the same way Brown - Brown, Yellow - Yellow, Grey - Blue and Black to Red, but you know what assume does.

Thank you

I don't know. Are they?
Do I just match the colour wires as on the second one?

Yes.

Brown to brown
Green/yellow to green/yellow
Grey to blue with white
Black to red with white
