Wiring a Vokera Linea 28 combi boiler to a Honeywell CMT 921

Can anyone advise me how to wire a Honeywell CMT921 wireless programmer to a Vokera Linea 28 boiler. Do i use the terminals TA,TA to A and B on the reciever or do i use the terminal TA 2 and the = connector to A and B on the reciever. There is also a link from the TA1 to the = connector do i need this link. Any replies welcome i am a newbie to this Forum.
