hi there, can anyone offer any advice?
I have wired the cooker to a 45 amp spur, ran the 10mm cable (about 4 metre) directly back to the main fuse box via a 45 watt fuse.
Does this sound about right?
Cheers :?

Hard to say, without knowing the load of the cooker and how the cable is installed. It's probably OK (assuming you meant a 45A MCB, and not a 45W fuse..)

But if you weren't sure, shouldn't you have found out before doing it?

One thing that isn't right though is the apparent lack of a cooker switch.
