Hi All

I need to wire a bathroom pull switch that had been ripped off the celing and then disconnected without taking a picture of the wiring.

There are only 3 cables, same as a plug blue, brown and green/yellow.

I believe that the permanent live need to connect to the com port (presuming the new switch has this label) and the switched live to L1.

Now nothing is labeled and no sleeve on anywire so one would presume that brown would be a permanent live and blue switch. Am I correct in that the brown wire with the power on will show voltage and the if the blue is switched it would have no power until switched on?

Thanks
