Just wired it as you’ve drawn and tbe only options on the key panel that turn green once i set it are Log, security and tamper return…. The rest just stay red……. Any ideas ?

Have you got a meter ? It should be 2.2k closed 6.8k open anything else tamper , remove from panel to check this …is the panel set for EOL ?
