Wiring between buildings - Heights

Hi all

Going to run 4mm SWA between a house and a shed using a catenary wire - it's in a backdoor and has no traffic etc - what's the minimum height the cable should be? I seem to recall 3m but want to double check.

Also does anyone have to hand the rough diameter of a 4mm 3 core SWA?
