Hello all,

I have just wired in a Samsung ceramic hob.

My problem is only 2 of the 4 rings work. I think (according to the diagram supplied with the hob) it's because I haven't connected pole 1 and pole 2 together with a 'metal connector'. Could this be the problem? If it is, can anyone recommend what I should use as the 'metal connector'?

Thanks in advance

You may find in the packing or even in the connector block a U shaped link that is intended for the task.

If there isn't one supplied then use a length of the brown wire.

That's very helpful bernardgreen. Just found a copper connector in the block.

Thank you very much!
