Hello,

I've just brought some spotlights and would like to replace the standard bayonet fitting in our hall way with a series of spots.

I wasn't sure exactly how to wire the spots as the instructions that came with them only show how to wire one rather than all.

What would be the best way to wire them?

thanks in advance

Chris

more info on the lights you have would be a good place to start

It appears I was wrong there is only 1 wire attached to the fitting.

I've drawn a quick diagram of the current setup and what I think I need to do for the spots.

Is the spots diagram correct? Where should I terminate the earth wire?

it would be correct if the light had an earth on the incopming side

There isn't anywhere to connect the earth on the new spots?

Shall I leave it disconnected or does it need connecting and if so where?
