Yesterday I installed a Wiser HubR and a bunch of radiator thermostats (12).

I keep a few rooms completely shut as we do not use them, and the real temperature in those rooms is about 16.C, but the radiator thermostats show 18C and 19C. The radiators are off, the doors are closed, there are no heat sources.

Puzzled, I ran some experiments and saw that it took 1.5 and 2 hours for two radiator thermostats to go from 21C to 1.5C (I put them outside the window, next to permanent weather thermometer). It also took an hour to go from 1.5C to about 16C and 19C respectively, when I brought them back into the room, with real temperature 21.3C.

Another thermostat is now reading 18C when in fact it is 16C in that room, again heating is off, door is shut.

It is very unreliable and I do not have a manual to see if there is a possibility for calibration.

I am not sure if I should just return the whole system, it is over £1000 worth, and not sure if Tado or Hive are any better ?
