It can often be worth asking if the seller will pack it if you arrange your own collection - I've bought a few things like this that were collection only.

Then arrange a collection with one of the carriers.
I've used http://www.interparcel.com/ who will show you prices for several carriers and let you pick, or you can go direct to the carriers (I used https://www.ukmail.com/ for my last pickup).

Ok, there's more risk (particularly of damage if not well packed), but given that some items can go for a pittance if they are of limited interest (ie specialist) and/or need collection from the wrong place then it can be well worthwhile.

Wonder why a reply was removed?

It looks to be a one loop with one sounder radial.
Old, but still widely used.
Mains intake not quite to standard. (From appearance)
What use for a domestic situation I have no idea.

It appears to be one not used by a national.
One does wonder where it came from.

that fire panel in a home would be an amazing bit of kit to have, propper pro fire protection, and addressable to.

I will not waste time with the usual questions you cannot answer about this equipment.

Why not add to your fleaby purchases and have the alarm panel do it?

i would prefer a dedicated fire protection system, more equipment to play with, more screens to read, more flashing lights and more menus mmmmm

Drop a Halon suppression system in your bedroom then with auto locking doors if the landing is the seat of the fire.
Lots of flashing lights before your eyes then

sorry that would be in breach of every possible regulation there is, always has to be a means of escape or system over ride, probably would need portable ba in a easy accesable location too.

Nah SCUBA divers use it all the time for deep deep deep err something or other.
