Wobbly loo

Hi! I had a new bathroom professionally fitted a few weeks ago and am less than satisfied with much of it. The worst is that the loo is not attached the floor properly/at all and the cistern is not attached to the wall, despite there being 2 screw holes there ready to use. As a result theres some slight wobbling when, erm, using the facilities! Are these standard jobs that should have been done? If so, do I get the chap back to do it properly? Thanks

yes this is a standard job get him back to secure it fully and not just to use silicone round the bottom.
thats what they put the holes in for.

Thanks! Itll be the third time hes been back but this is basic stuff isnt it so I shouldnt feel embarrassed about calling him out (but I will anyway!)

Im always impressed when loos are fixed down properly, but without cracking the hole. How do they do it??

Well, I chose someone with a good rep though needless to say I wont be recommending him! Hopefully this 3rd attempt should put an end to those, erm, unwanted motions in the bathroom!
