Wood hardener stains on vynal

Hello. I spilled some Varathane Wood Hardener on vinyl siding, causing streak marks. Would appreciate your advice/suggestions. I'm in big trouble with my wife if I don't get help quickly.
 
Wife might not notice. If she does, say you don't know what happened. Maybe a passing plane dropped something.

It might not stick, in which case peel it off with a blade after dried.
 
My wife sees everything so option one isn't going to work. Seriously, I'll try option two. Thanks for your response.
