wood hardeners: bonda vs ronseal wet rot

Has anyone used both of these products.

If so how do they compare?

Ive used ronseal in the past along with their high performance filler and had ok results.
Just heard about bonda and read about it being moisture activated which sounds good.

It doesn't seem to be as readily available as ronseal so im wondering if its worth a try on my next task

You need to remove any wet wood, and use the best wood repair system available like Timbabuild or Repaircare. (I have just used Timbabuild for a repair, it was excellent).

I have used Ronseal before for small repairs and it was fine.

Thanks for this mate, thats a useful site with lots of different options to choose from. Will have a browse and see what works best for me

Been using Bonda for years. It gets used on C of E renovations as well. generally available through builders merchants, though, rather than DIY outlets
