Hello all! I would really appreciate help from anyone who is knowledgeable in this topic. I am doing research on the wood treatment and preservation industry. I am specifically looking to hear some perspectives from a handyman/DIYer/contractors etc. My goal is to understand the customer(end-user) and address some of the unmet needs of the consumer. If you have purchased or used treated wood over the last few years I would love to ask you a few questions as your opinion is very valuable for my study.
