i am going to fit a woodurning stove.
what can i use for external flue?
it will be on an outside wall, can i carry on with just with enameled pipe.
i am told you only need twin wall if passing through internal spaces.
thanks for any advice

The idea of using an insulated flue when external is that it keeps the flue gases warmer. This way you get a better updraught. A cold flue will not draw properly.

For external it has to be twin wall flue, about £80 + vat a metre.
