woodburning stoves

I've done this in a couple of houses - it does reduce the cold drafts coming under the room door.

Thanks very much. Out of interest, since you are obviously in the trade, would you have a recommendation for a good woodturner, around 5kw?

I'm not in the trade, sorry if I gave that impression. I've always had stoves installed by HETAS registered fitters. But I will say from experience that Woodwarm and Clearview are very efficient, controllable and well made, as is the Morso Squirrel. You can sometimes find them refurbished secondhand if you want to save some money.

Thanks for the reply. I will look up Woodwarm. Clearview I've already looked at..

the morso is a great burner.
Take a look also at the AGA little wenlock .it’s 5kw so no need for a vent.
Ive built fireplaces for both and they are both very good.
