Wooden fencing

hello all,
at moment i have concrete fencing all round garden, problem is its not high enough for me.
Seen these wooden panels from b&q, about 4ftx5ft that would go around concrete fencing nicely, about 3ft on the concrete and about 2 ft high over top of fencing.
All i need to know is best way of fixing these to concrete please...cheers in advance.
