Is there any reason I can't use uPVC doors and windows, in a wooden building?

Wooden shed with uPVC doors and window?

No reason really assuming you can get one to fit. I used reclaimed plastic windows in my workshop building the sides around them , although I will concede weight wasn't a problem as the timber portions were built with reclaimed 4x2.
This is what I'm thinking of doing, and building the workshop to suit.

Any worse than the rabbit hutches that are currently passed off as 'new builds'?
