I would like to install Brazilian Cherry stair trends and install floor tiles for the risers. This is for an interior set of stairs. Will the pressure of stepping on the floor tread compromise the grout for the tile? Does anyone have experience with this? Any expert advise?

No it shouldn't affect it. Will there not be a gap between the top of the tile and the bull nose of the tread?
