worcester 12/14 boiler

can any one please help
i have a worcester 12/14 boiler, hot water working fine but no heating not even a click when you switch it on also when you switch it on the hot water wont work until you switch the heating off even though the heating isnt working
any help please

What external controls do you have?

no external control just the ones on boiler

Has it got the internal programmer. If so id be looking at that first

Is it a boiler or Heat slave combi?

If no click from the relay with htg only selected then output from prog needs checking.
How are your multimeter skills.

for heating only you should have mains voltage on grey wire to activate the relay.

Any programmer can be used. Brown is live . Grey is Htg. White is water.

If no output from prog then these can be disconnected and joined together for a temp fix.
