I have a worcester 15cbi which cuts out after about 30 seconds of being lit. Tried bleeding the whole system and filling back up (open vented) but made no difference. Any ideas?

It might well be the pump, but Worcester CBis do suffer from faulty PCBs.
The very late model CBi (which was not identified as such) had a revised PCB in it which exercises the pump periodically, amongst other improvements.
