Worcester 20/25 ( not heating ) hot water ok

Hi

Really need help again, boiler is supplying hot water but the heating does not come on.
Heater control pink wire has 240v going to X13 heating limit stat.
Programmer seems to be working as it is sending 240v to X4
I have changed pcb but still no luck.
Now I'm stuck where to go from here and in need of some guidance please.

Any help very very much appreciated

1) I was told a while ago that the expansion vessel had water in it and needed to be drained and re pressured.
2) the auto air vent is leaking water and needs changing, I believe to change this the system needs de pressurised before doing this, how do I de and re pressurised the system

Unsure how to test this component but it's looking likely.

divertor valve was changed just over one year ago and looking at the number on it, it would appear that it is not the correct one fitted.

Honeywell 272848 fitted

No, valve stopped leaking once boiler was back up and running at full pressure..
