Hi,

I have a Worcester 20/25 oil combi and it is locking out after it has ran for around 15 minutes or so. It resets and doesn't lock out until the water is ran again as above.

The water pressure is ok, I have bled the boiler, the temp of the water is fine when the boiler is running. I have cleaned the nozzle tip, ignitors and the photocell.

A bit stuck now, I was thinking about getting a gauge to check the oil pressure but the boiler was serviced last year and he set the pressure up then, not sure that the pressure would be much different within that time.

Appreciate any advice.

I think you mean if you run water the boiler overheats??

Sounds like a flow switch/diverter valve problem.

Nothing to do with the burner.
