Hi in the absence of a manual, here are some symptoms from a Worcester 24i combo:
Red light on front is on and steady
When CH or HW is requested the pump kicks in but the boiler doesn't light, nor does it seem to go through any ignition sequence
I suspected the boiler needed re-set, and tried the re-set button that's on the top left of the boiler but it looks as though it's broken-it certainly won't push down etc
Any ideas
