Neighbour has the boiler mentioned & has no hot water or central heating.
The is a red light flashing next to the red reset button.
The boiler pressure seems low to me but photo attached to show you.
I have pressed the red reset button for 5 seconds then I could hear say the boiler hum but now nothing.
If the pressure is low how to I add water. I see the tool which you insert & turn through 90 degrees but which knob do I turn to start filling with water.
Any advice to add water & get it started will be great.
