Hi all,
after taking the rad off to decorate behind it, :( put it back on and bled the system.
The pilot light now ignites and fires the main burners, then the trip switch activates after about 10 - 15 secs. The pump still seems to be on and according to the dial theres not much pressure.

Don't know if it just pressurizing or is there a fault ?
Unfortunately ive no idea were the hand book is.
Cheers

Steve

Worcester 280 are available as an open vent boiler if so then you need to check that the tank has re filled. 280 are a bit of a s.. to get the air out ,if it is pressurised and you find the fill loop try it at 2 bar till you get the air out running between dhw and ch then when ok drain back down to one bar slowley, allso vent the pump from the large chrome screw on the front of it.
