Hi there i'm new to all this so I hope someone out there has the answer to my question!!
The pressure in my boiler fluctuates so much that I have to fire it up using the reset button when pressure goes below 1,I have to re-pressure it also.Is the expansion tank bust?
Why does the pressure go up and down?
Is there another explanation other than the expansion tank?
I know it's supposed to be a sealed system so I'm losing water somewhere??
I need some advice before I call in the Plumber
HELP??

check the prv pipe outside and see if its wet
