Worcester 30CDI - Boiler Operating Temperature & More...

I know this is an old thread but I noticed that you mentioned adjusting the speed of the pump on a 30CDI boiler.
I have a 30cdi system boiler, all rads are getting very hot apart from the two furthest from the boiler I have thought that turning the pump speed up may help. Can you please tell me how this is done, as there is no switch on the pump that I can see.
