I've just had a quote from BG and their recommendation is a BG 330+ high efficiency boiler. The guy tells me that this is a BG badged Worcester Bosch boiler of about 30kW. When I look at the Worcester Bosch website there are a couple of boilers that could fit the bill namely the Greenstar 30CDi conventional and the Greenstar FS 30CDi Regular.

Can anyone tell me which one it is and whether it is any good.

Do they rebadge Worcester Bosch? If so what do they call the 30kW Worcester Bosch that will fit into a kitchen cupboard?

The 300 was a glowworm flexicom, I assume the plus is the same.

Avoid at all cost.

the 330 is a glow worm, they just take the worcester sticker of an put british gas on the front instead when i worked for them it was the RD532

the WB boiler sold by BG is just WB. its not rebranded. Only rebranded boiler is the 330+ which is a flexicom but with a display from the old ultracom just to make it look unique so they can put a 100% mark up on it

the original 330 was a fantastic boiler and the 330+ is a huge step down in quality. as said made by glowworm.

if it's a worcester it's normally a greenstar junior.

have you paperwork with this quote??are you sure its not the 440??

How big is your house, how many bathrooms? the 440 is 30kw on the ch side!

BG prices are a lot better and more competitive of late. Two years ago you would have paid £5,000 odd for this job. Contact BG and determine what boiler they are fitting!

Worcester boilers are brilliant!
