Hi,

So I have a Worcester 30CDI conventional boiler. (Fitted in about 2006-2008 I think). After about 6 months living in the house the heating stops working. I check and see the pressure has dropped too low. I go to repressurise the system and the cold water inlet is nowhere to be seen.

After some research I see that the model usually has an integral filling loop with a key. However on this one, this doesn't exist as far as I can tell. In fact, there isn't a cold water pipe at all. I'm now assuming it's been modifed in some way, but am guessing.

I am now completely confused and would be really greatful for some advice.

If you have a conventional boiler it won't have an integral filling loop. If you have a sealed system you will have a fill loop and gauge somewhere.

You could post some pics of your system

Thanks Terry. I was struggling tounderstand the manuals to confirm if it should have the loop or not.

Here is a picture of the system. There is a space for the mains water inlet, but no pipe. This has left me at a bit of a loss.

The filling loop won't be on the boiler, it'll be elsewhere on the system

Andrew - Cheers. I fear the rest of the system has been boxed in behind the units which seems a bit unwise of the previous owners.

There are a few holes cut into the cabinet below but nothing that looks right. I've found one opening and valve on one pipe but nothing else. Any advice on what I should be looking and where would be helpful?
