Last year we had a new Worcester 4000 installed, it started making a buzzing noise tonight. No error code, it doesn't make this noise with hot water. Water pressure all good, was serviced this year.

Any ideas as to what it might be? Can't get hold of the installer/Worcester until Monday, wont be using it until then.

Thank you.

Try the reset button. Hold 2 down I think so look up.
Check case isn't rattling by holding.

Good call not to run it until Monday. A buzz that only shows on heating and not hot water is often the fan or the pump resonating through the pipework once the heating side is under load. Since it was installed last year and serviced, keep the case on and get the installer back under warranty. If you get a chance when it runs, rest your hand lightly on the case to see if the buzzing changes, that tells you if it is the casing itself vibrating.

I can’t watch the video, but, if it’s a combi boiler could be the diverter valve or combustion related
