Worcester Bosch 280 combi won't fire up since radators bled?

Can anyone help please? The combi heating system was working fine until I bled the radiators. One of them was completely cold so it needed a lot. Could the change in pressure have caused the problem? It's now below 1. If so how do I repressurise it?

Is that part of the boiler or a tool? I don't know where to start.

Were you given documentation about the boiler when you moved in (or had it fitted)?

If so, it will explain how to make up the system pressure with the filling loop.

No I've got no manual at all. Do you know any websites that may have instructions? Do I need any special tools?
