Supply Flow manifold leak.

Hi changing the part for the new version and there is a plug that is not in the original part that has been removed from the boiler, after trying to put the part in the boiler starts and flashes. The water will not get hot however the rads do! Cannot get the water hot. Any ideas what I am doing wrong here? Cannot seem to work the new style out and where the extra part goes.

and are you competent to work on this boiler ? it doesn't matter how many times you ask about your problem
