Does anyone know why the WB350 is not firing up for the CH whilst the HW is fine. Tested it during the summer and it was working, but now nights slightly colder tried it again and it is not working. Left the timer on and it did fire up after 4 days - but died completely after being switched off - CH does not now fire up at all. Standby amber light is on, Demand green light is off.

It clearly cannot be the fan as the HW is ok. Any help or advice will be much appreciated.

Check the timer and room stat are switched on/turned up, the lack of green demand light points to the external controls being faulty.

I do not have any external controls - no room thermostat, and bathroom rad is always on max. The system has worked fine for 10+ years or so. Could be the timer is faulty or else the CH sensor has failed.

Can you confirm - and would you know the part nos?
